1. Returns

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as capped hardwares, used hardwares.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale items (only regular priced items can be refunded).

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
